Lash Appointment Procedures
BEFORE APPOINTMENT
-
Before your appointment, please wash your face and your eyes thoroughly. Make sure your EYES and LASHES are free from makeup and oil-based skin care products.
* If you have 40% or less of lashes from a previous service or if it has been more than 4 weeks (3 weeks for classic sets) since you last had lashes done, you will need a new set and possibly will require lash removal and washing fees.
-
If you wear contacts lenses, PLEASE REMOVE THEM and wear glasses or bring a lens case to store them before we proceed with your appointment.
-
DO NOT put on any mascara. Spending time cleaning your lashes will shorten your service time and may result in extra cost.
-
Please come early or on time. If you come early and I am available, we may start early. But if you come more than 30 minutes late, you will have to reschedule so that the next appointment can start on time.
-
I reserve the right to cancel your appointment (with non-refundable deposit) if you are more than 30 mins late. Non-Refundable Deposit can be used towards rescheduled appointment.
-
Before starting, we will go over any concerns you may have, your history and what style of lashes you want. This will include the style, shape, length and volume. Your lash service is cater to your preference.

DURING LASH EXTENSION PROCEDURE
-
Using the restroom before your service is highly recommended!
-
You will be required to lay down on a bed and your eyes will need to be closed at all times during the time frame of your procedure.
-
Moisturized pads and tape will be applied over your bottom lash line for protection and isolation so that I can work solely on your top lashes. During this time, please keep your eyes closed or until you have been instructed to open your eyes.
-
During the procedure, individual synthetic lashes or a cluster of lashes (known as a fan) will be dipped into a professional-grade adhesive and will be bonded to each of your individual natural lashes. This glue has fumes that may cause irritation or redness to your eyes, so that is why it is important that you do not open your eyes at any point during the procedure.
*Many clients fall asleep during the procedure and might accidentally open their eyes before the procedure is completed. Opening your eyes while the adhesive has not dried may cause irritation and redness. In most cases, the irritation and redness will go away within 24 hours, but may last up to a few days.
*Be aware that there may be side effects along with the use of this adhesive and it may cause an allergic reaction or some sensitivity. At any point during the procedure, if you feel any pain or have any allergic reaction, please let me know immediately.
*If you are sensitive to a certain brand or type of adhesive, please let me know before we start your procedure.
-
Depending on what style of lash extensions you want, the process can take from 2 to 2.5 hours plus, so please be prepared and patient during this time frame. Refills will require less time than a full set of lashes.
